- 2 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 200 milliliters freshly brewed Coffee
- 120 grams Gingerbread

Preparation steps
1.
Chop the chocolate. Heat milk in a saucepan, add the chocolate and spices and stir to melt chocolate. Stir in the coffee.
2.
Grind gingerbread finely in a food processor, mix with the soup and let stand briefly to thicken. Serve soup in bowls or mugs.
