- 275 grams Pastry flour
- 50 grams ground Hazelnuts
- 4 Tbsps Baker's chocolate (powder)
- 3 tsps Baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 80 grams sugar
- 60 milliliters sunflower oil
- 150 grams chocolate-nut spread
- 150 grams sour Whipped cream
- ½ tsp Gingerbread spice

- 1 Muffin tin (12-well)
- butter (for the muffin tin)
- Pastry flour (for the muffin tin)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the flour, ground hazelnuts, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.

Beat the eggs, sugar, gingerbread spices, oil, Nutella and sour cream. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Loosely fold together until all ingredients are moist.
3.
Grease the wells of a muffin tin with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into the wells. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Remove from the muffin tin and cool completely on a wire rack.
4.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
