- 4 ozs Milk chocolate (for cooking)
- 2 cups Corn flakes
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 1 Grapefruit (filleted and chopped)
- 1.111 cups cream cheese
- 3 Tbsps Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 4 chocolate pretzel
Preparation steps

Melt the chocolate in a bain marie. Leave to cool slightly and then stir in the cornflakes and flaked almonds, coating everything with the chocolate. Place four dollops of the mixture on a plate lined with baking paper and leave to set in the fridge.

Mix together the cream cheese and the yoghurt and stir in the vanilla sugar. Stir in the grapefruit and place the mixture onto of the crispy cakes. Serve garnished with a chocolate pretzel.
