150 grams white Couverture
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
250 grams Corn flakes (or cereal rings)

Preparation steps

1.

Line a square pan (about 25 x 25 cm, approximately 10 x 10 inches) with plastic wrap or parchment paper.

2.

Chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath with the coconut oil and cinnamon. Remove from the heat, allow to cool and add in the cereal, so that it is are completely coated with chocolate. Pour into the pan and distribute evenly. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Carefully remove from the pan and cut with a sharp knife into bite-size pieces.
