½ cup butter (softened)
3 Tbsps powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp Corn starch
1 ¾ ozs plain Dark chocolate (chopped)
1 ¾ ozs chopped white chocolate

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan/325°F/gas 3. Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Put the butter, icing sugar and vanilla into a bowl and beat together until creamy. Add the flour and cornflour and mix well.

Spoon the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a medium star nozzle and pipe 10cm long 'S' shapes onto the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes until pale golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
3.
Melt the two chocolates in separate bowls in the microwave or over a pan of hot, but not boiling water.
4.
Dip one end of each biscuit in the dark chocolate. Shake gently to remove excess then dip the other end in the white chocolate, again shaking to remove excess chocolate.
5.
Lay the biscuits on a clean sheet of baking parchment and leave until set.
