- For the cake
- 150 grams Chocolate biscuit
- 600 grams Dark chocolate
- 150 grams Coconut oil
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 150 grams coarsely chopped Pistachio
- For the sauce
- 80 grams Pistachio
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- honey (as needed)
Preparation steps

For the cake: Finely grind the cookies in a blender.

Chop the chocolate coarsely, add the coconut oil and cream and place over a hot water bath, stirring, until melted. Remove from the heat, mix in the cookies and let cool slightly. Line the loaf pan with plastic wrap. Fill with 2/3 of the cake batter, smooth the surface and sprinkle with 1/2 the pistachios. Spread the remaining cake batter over top and sprinkle with the remaining pistachios. Place in the refrigerator until set.

For the pistachio sauce: Crush the pistachios in a mortar. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil with the cream. Season with the honey and let cool slightly. Invert the cake onto a cutting board and cut into slices. Serve the slices with pistachio sauce.
