For the dough
150 grams butter
120 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt
1 egg
250 grams Pastry flour
3 Tbsps cocoa powder
For the decoration
colored Frosting
colorful Chocolate candy (or fruit gums)

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough: Knead together butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, flour and cocoa powder. Shape dough into a ball, wrap with plastic and chill for 2 hours.

Shape dough into different sized balls and assemble to create a bear shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.

4.

For the decoration: Remove from oven and add eyes and mouth with icing. Use icing to attach chocolates or fruit gums as buttons Let set and serve.
