200 grams Puff pastry dough (refrigerated)
100 grams Chocolate
60 grams Pecan

Preparation steps

1.

Roll out the puff pastry dough to about 5mm thick and cut into 6 equal squares. Chop the chocolate coarsely.

Toast the pecans in a dry pan briefly, allow to cool and chop coarsely. Mix the pecans and chopped chocolate together, and spread over the pastry squares, leaving about 1 cm (approximately ½ inch) wide margin.

3.

Fold the pastry squares to form triangles and press together the edges. Place the triangles on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F) until golden, about 20 minutes.
