2 cups Vegetable broth
½ tsp Cumin
1 Tbsp mint (chopped)
lemon juice
mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix the yogurt with the cream and gradually add the broth.

Add the cumin and the chopped mint and season with salt, ground black pepper and lemon juice.
