1 Savoy cabbage (inner leaves cored out)
2 large, skinless Chicken breasts (sliced)
2 Plum tomato (seeded and finely diced)
2 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp Caraway
Basil (finely sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C | 325F | gas 3.
2.
Make sure that the cavity in the middle of the cabbage is large enough to hold the rest of the ingredients.
3.
Combine the chicken and tomato in a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, caraway seeds and seasoning and toss well. Spoon into the middle of the cabbage.
4.
Sit the cabbage on a large sheet of wax/greaseproof paper that is large enough to be brought up and around the cabbage to enclose it. Bring the paper up and around the cabbage to enclose it.
5.
Sit on top of a baking tray and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cabbage is soft.
6.
Remove from the oven and cut a small hole in the top; take care as the steam will escape quickly.
7.
Once cooled a little, garnish with the sliced basil and a sprig of basil leaves to one side.
