- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 140 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 fresh Sage
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 3 Tbsps clarified butter
- fresh Sage (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Rinse and dry sage leaves. Place two sage leaves on each chicken breast and wrap with two slices of ham. Heat clarified butter in a pan and cook chicken for about 8 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and arrange on plates, garnish with sage leaves.

Serve with rice, if desired.
