Chicken Breasts Four Savory Ways

- 4 Chicken breasts
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- For the sesame chicken
- 2 Tbsps Chili sauce
- 1 generous pinch ginger
- 1 generous pinch garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- For the chive chicken
- 1 Tbsp Goat cheese
- 1 tsp scallions
- For the prosciutto chicken
- 4 Sage
- 20 grams Mozzarella
- 2 slices Prosciutto
- For the basil pepper chicken
- 1 Tbsp pickled Bell pepper (from a jar)
- 10 grams Basil
Preparation steps
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease an ovenproof dish with 1 tablespoon oil.
For the sesame chicken, mix chili sauce, ginger and garlic and brush over one chicken breast. Roll chicken breast in sesame seeds to coat and place in baking dish.
Cut a pocket into each remaining chicken breast.
For the chive chicken, mix goat cheese with chives, season with salt and pepper and place in pocket of one chicken breast.
For the prosciutto chicken, finely chop sage leaves, dice mozzarella and place in pocket of another chicken breast. Wrap chicken breast with prosciutto.
For the basil pepper chicken, rinse bell peppers, pat dry and place in pocket of remaining chicken breast with the basil leaves. Fasten stuffed chicken breasts with toothpicks, season with salt and pepper and place in baking pan. Drizzle chicken breasts with remaining oil and bake about 30 minutes. Remove toothpicks and cut chicken breasts into slices to serve.
