- For the chicken and sauce
- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 160 greams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 150 grams Gorgonzola
- 100 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tsps chopped rosemary
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)

- Beans (200 grams each of green and yellow)
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). For the chicken and sauce, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour and cook in a pan with butter.

Puree Gorgonzala with creme fraiche, egg yolk and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and stir in rosemary. Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and top with cheese sauce. Bake for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, top with lemon slices.

Rinse beans, trim and cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and serve with chicken breasts and sauce.
