4 Chicken breasts
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 cans Kidney beans
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
3 tsps Tomato paste
125 milliliters Chicken broth (from a jar)
200 grams Whipped cream
1 bunch parsley
50 grams grated Parmesan
salt
peppers
cayenne pepper
Fat (for the pan)

Preparation steps

Rinse meat and pat dry. Heat oil in a pan and brown meat on all sides. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes on low heat. Drain kidney beans in a colander. Peel onion and garlic, chop onion finely. Remove chicken breasts from the pan, season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Add remaining oil to the pan and saute onion and squeezed garlic until soft. Add beans, tomato paste and broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Rinse and finely chop parsley, add to beans and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grease baking dish and spread beans on ti, top with chicken breasts.Whisk cream with Parmesan and pour over chicken. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
