- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- 4 Chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 ⅓ cups Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup Asparagus (trimmed and cut into 3 cm lengths)
- ⅔ cup Broccoli
- 1 red chili pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 shallot (finely sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely sliced)
- 1 carrot (peeled and cut into thin matchsticks)
- 1 Baby corn
- fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
- 1 tsp sugar
- light soy sauce
- Fish sauce

1 Skillet, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Brush, 1 Piping bag, 1 Toothpick, 1 Fork, 1 Baking sheet
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large wok until smoking.
2.
Add the chicken and cook for one minute, stirring all the time. Add the mushrooms and cook for one more minute.
3.
Add the asparagus, broccoli, chilli, shallot, garlic, carrot, corn and ginger and cook for one minute, stirring all the time then add a little water, turn the heat down and cook for about 3 minutes.
4.
Add the sugar and season with soy sauce and fish sauce to taste.
