- 500 grams drained Cabbage (prepared)
- 2 centiliters Cherry brandy
- 250 grams Quark
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 4 Tbsps Cabbage (from the jar)
- 60 grams sugar
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 5 slices Pumpernickel bread

Preparation steps
1.
Combine cherries and kirsch. Mix quark, yogurt, cherry juice and sugar until smooth. Beat cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into quark mixture. Spread half of the cherries on a cake plate.
2.
Crumble pumpernickel and add to half the cherries. Spread on top of cherries on the plate. Top with cream and serve.
