1onions finely chopped
1Garlic cloves finely chopped
2 tablespoonsolive oil
5 cupsshiitake mushrooms sliced
dry white wine
1 tablespoonSage leaf finely chopped
½ cupsfresh Parmesan cheese grated

Directions

1 Cook the fettuccine in boiling salt water until al dente.
2 Fry the onion and garlic in hot oil. Add the mushrooms and fry for 3-4 min. Quench with a dash of wine and stir in the sage, pasta and a little of the water. Season with salt and ground black pepper and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
