- 350 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- ½ small Banana
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 carrots
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps sliced hazelnuts

Preparation steps
1.
Puree the yogurt with banana, lemon juice and sugar and spoon into 4 glasses. Peel the carrot and julienne into long thin strips using a zester or spiralizer.

Blanche carrot noodles in boiling water and lemon juice. Drain and then rinse in cold water for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with the chopped hazelbuts. Serve chilled.
