4 Peaches (pitted, skinned, and sliced)
2 Nectarine (pitted, skinned, and sliced)
1 Lime (juiced)
2 cups Ice

Canned peaches or nectarines can be used if peaches and nectarines are out of season.

Preparation steps

Combine the carrot, water, peaches, nectarines, and lime juice in a food processor or blender.

Blend on high for 2 minutes. Stir well and blend for a further minute.

Strain through a sieve into a pitcher. Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
