Carrots provide many nutrients that benefit eyesight and countless other body functions. In addition to being low calorie, nectarines are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. These nutrients can help improve metabolism, digestion, and heart health.
You can always blend this with ice and make a smoothie, or you can substitute other fruits with the stone fruits.
