- 28 ozs pork fillets (e. g. cod); cut into four equal pieces
- 3 carrots (cut into thin sticks)
- 1.333 cups Celeriac (cut into thin sticks)
- 1 small Leek (cut into thin sticks)
- ⅔ cup white wine
- ⅜ cup vegetable stock
- To garnish
- 4 cilantro
Preparation steps
1.
Season the fish with salt and ground black pepper.
2.
Put the fish into a steamer and top with the carrots, celariac and leek.
3.
Pour the wine and the stock into a pot and bring to the boil.
4.
Place the steamer over the pot, cover and steam for 10–12 minutes until the fish and vegetables are tender.
5.
Arrange on plates and garnish with coriander. Serve with soy sauce.
