- 2 scallions
- 2 Limes (juice)
- 2 tsps grated Lime zest
- 2 tsps freshly chopped ginger
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 100 milliliters milk
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsps sweet and spicy Chili sauce
- 2 Tbsps minced cilantro
- 1 Napa cabbage (800 grams)
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 150 grams Leberkäse (thinly sliced)
- cilantro (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse and diagonally cut the light green and white part of the scallions into thin rings. Stir in 2 tablespoons of lime juice with lime zest, ginger, yogurt, scallions and milk. Season well with pepper, sugar and chili sauce and stir in the cilantro. Rinse and remove the cabbage stalk. Cut the cabbage lengthwise into quarters and cut the quarters into strips.

With your hands knead with salt for 3 minutes vigorously. Let stand for 30 minutes in a colander, then rinse with cold water and drain well. Cut the meatloaf into thin strips and mix with cabbage into the sauce, season to taste, garnish with cilantro and serve.
