3 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
4 cups Prawn (peeled and deveined)
3 sprigs parsley (leaves finely chopped)
1 dried chili pepper (finely chopped or crushed)
½ lemon (juice)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.

Melt the butter over a low heat.
3.
Fry the garlic in 2-3 tbsp butter in a frying pan. Add the prawns and fry gently for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley, chilli and lemon juice. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
4.
Transfer to four oven-proof tapas dishes and pour over the butter. Bake in the oven for around 5 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately.
