500 grams fresh Berry (such as strawberries, raspberries and currants)

Preparation steps

1.

Place each piece of brousse on a plate. Grate the zest of the orange, and squeeze the juice.

Mix the honey with 1-2 tablespoons of orange juice and zest. Drizzle the honey mixture over the cheese. Rinse and trim the berries. Cut into smaller pieces if necessary. Drain well, arrange decoratively around the plates, and serve.
