200 grams cooked ham
150 grams Raclette Cheese (sliced)
1 Tbsp onions (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Divide the broccoli florets, rinse and cut into thick slices. Boil in salted water for 7 minutes, rinse cold and drain.

Preheat a raclette maker.

Cut the ham into thin strips.

Distribute the onions and broccoli florets into pans, season with salt and pepper, shower with ham and top with the cheese.

Cook for about 10 minutes in the raclette, until the cheese has melted and the food is hot.

3.

Serve with white bread or potatoes if desired.
