- softened butter (for the ramekins)
- 2 Broccoli
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 scallion
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 80 grams freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- freshly grated Nutmeg
- 175 grams Tuna (canned)
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
Preparation steps

Butter ramekins.

Rinse broccoli and cut off florets. Peel garlic and slice thinly. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into thin rings.

Whisk cream cheese with eggs, cream and half of Parmesan until smooth. Add garlic, parsley and scallions. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Drain tuna and separate coarsely. Place broccoli, tuna and pine nuts in the ramekins. Pour egg and cheese mixture over and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bake in preheated oven at 175°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
