- 4 cups Orecchiette pasta
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- Chili flakes
- 1 ½ Tbsps Dried Tomatoes (in oil, chopped)
- 2 Tbsps Cress

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Quench and drain.
2.
Score the ends of the Brussels and blanche them in boiling, salted water for 10-12 minutes. Quench and drain.
3.
Dry roast the pine nuts in a pan. Mix the oil with the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, 1-2 tbsp water and the sugar and season with the chilli flakes and salt.
4.
Mix together the pasta, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, pine nuts and cress and serve.
