- For the pastry
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.833 cup hazelnut flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup butter (chopped)
- all-purpose flour (for the work surface)
- For the icing
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsps Coconut milk
- white Chocolate ball

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the flour, nuts, baking powder and the sugar. Add the egg and the butter and knead into a smooth pastry. If necessary add for flour or a little cold water. Wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for around 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 175°C (155°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4 and line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.

Split the pastry into four portions and roll out on a floured work surface approx. 3-4 mm thick. Cut out various different sized circles, e. g. from 12 cm ? to 3 cm ?. Do this until all the pastry has been used up.

Place all the biscuits on the prepared baking trays and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the tray and leave to cool on a wire rack.
5.
To make the icing, mix together the icing sugar and the coconut milk to form a thick paste. Stick the biscuits together with the largest on the bottom and the smallest at the top. Decorate with silver balls.
