150 grams Strawberries
30 grams softened butter
50 grams sugar
½ fresh lemon (juiced and zested)
2 eggs
200 grams Quark
1 ½ Tbsps Pastry flour
1 Tbsp Semolina flour

Preparation steps

Butter ramekins.

Clean raspberries. Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Halve two berries and set aside for garnishing. Dice the rest of strawberries. Place strawberries and raspberries into ramekins.

Whisk butter with sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice and zest until creamy. Add eggs and well-drained quark to butter mixture. Add flour and semolina and mix well. Spread batter over berries and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven, let cool. Garnish with halfed strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
