40 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
150 grams Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the berries, pat dry and spread in a buttered casserole dish.

Beat the egg white. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar.

3.

Fold in the creme fraiche. Pour the cream over the berries and grill until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with pistachios.
