- 250 grams Strawberries
- 4 Tbsps Red currant jelly
- 50 grams Blueberries
- 4 Tbsps Orange juice
- 1 tsp grated Orange peel
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 250 Mascarpone
- 50 grams Amaretti cookies
- Whipped cream (for serving)
Preparation steps

Line 6 large coffee cups or dessert bowls with plastic wrap. Add jelly to a pan and warm. Rinse 12 strawberries, core and slice. Dip strawberries into jelly and distribute into the bottom of the cups. Repeat steps with blueberries.

Purée remaining strawberries with orange zest and juice. Cream mascarpone and cream cheese together and add to strawberry purée. Mix. Pour mixture into cups and freeze approximately 4 hours. 15 minutes before serving, remove from freezer and place in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream and crumbled amaretto macaroons.
