- pomegranates
- Prosecco (Well chilled to fill)
- 1 Champagne glass (about 150 ml)
Preparation steps

Blanch the peaches briefly in boiling water. Remove from the water, rinse under cold water, and peel. Cut the peaches in halve, remove the stones, and coarsely chop.
2.
Puree the peaches with the pomegranate syrup, then pour into the champagne glass. Carefully top with the prosecco, and serve immediately.
