- 4 ripe Peaches (or substitute canned peaches or 12 ripe apricots)
- 1 Tbsp Peach liqueur
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Prosecco (dry sparkling wine or champagne for pouring)
- 4 Limes

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch peaches briefly in boiling water, then rinse and remove skins. (If using apricots, rinse). Halve fruit, remove pits and chop coarsely. Puree fruit with liqueur and lemon juice.
2.
Divide puree among four glasses and fill with Prosecco, sparkling wine, sparkling wine or champagne. Garnish each with a slice of lime.
