1 tsp thyme
½ bunch Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Cut bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, rinse and dice. Cut cabanossi salami into thin slices.

2.

Heat oil in a pan, add bell peppers and sausage and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with thyme. Rinse the basil and cut into strips.

3.

Beat the eggs and stir in the basil. Pour over the bell peppers and salami. Cook over low heat until thickened, 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
