- ½ tsp Mustard seed
- ¼ tsp Caraway
- ¼ tsp Coriander
- 7 Tbsps Canola oil
- 3 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the beet greens, shake dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Toast the mustard seeds, caraway and coriander seeds in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes, then pound in a mortar. Mix with the oil, vinegar and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the greens on plates and drizzle with the dressing.
