- 5 ozs cooked Beets (coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup Cranberry juice (chilled)
- ⅞ cup plain Yogurt
- Lime juice

Preparation steps
1.
Puree the beetroot, raspberries and cranberry juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2.
Pour through a sieve into a large jug. Whisk in the yoghurt.
3.
Add a little lime juice to taste.
4.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
