- 500 grams Beef (of the upper shell)
- 500 grams Pumpkin (diced seedless)
- Bell pepper (1 green and red, trimmed, halved, seeded and cut into thin strips)
- 1 onion (peeled and cubed)
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 250 milliliters Beef broth
- 2 tsps ground paprika
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tsps thyme
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the butter in a skillet. Cut the beef into thin strips and working in batches, sear in the hot butter. Remove with a slotted spoon and saute the onions until translucent. Return the meat to the pan and stir to combine.
2.
Add the broth, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in the pumpkin, paprika, curry powder and thyme, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer until the squash is tender, about 30 minutes.
