- 12 green Grape
- 16 red Grape
- 600 milliliters Tonic water
- 100 milliliters Banana liqueur
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- ripe Pear (for garnish)
- 1 egg white

Preparation steps

Mix tonic water and banana liqueur. Mix lemon juice and egg whites and fold into tonic water and banana liqueur. Pour mixture into a shallow metal bowl and freeze for about 3-4 hours and stir every 20-30 minutes with a fork, to prevent formation of large ice crystals.

Rinse red and green grapes and drain and wipe dry. Halve red grapes and remove seeds, as needed and divide red grapes and place in 4 cocktail glasses. Place 1-2 scoops of banana sorbet over red grapes in each glass and garnish each with 2 pear slices and 3 green grapes. Serve immediately.
