- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 2 Banana
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Orange
- Sweetener (liquid, as desired)
- 1 generous pinch Vanilla bean

Preparation steps

Carefully peel the orange with a sharp knife, removing the pith. Separate the segments, collecting any escaping juice and then squeeze out any remaining juice from the leftover orange.
Whip the cream and mix into the quark with the vanilla seeds.
Slice the bananas and set about 12 slices aside for the garnish. Chop the rest and mix into the cream. Season to taste with sweetener.
Peel the kiwi, cut in half lengthwise and then cut into slices.
Arrange some of the orange and kiwi slices in bowls and set the rest aside for the garnish.

Spoon the banana-cream into the bowls and garnish as desired with orange, kiwi and banana slices. Serve immediately.
