- 60 milliliters white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dark balsamic vinegar
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 150 milliliters grapeseed oil
- 2 stems thyme
- 2 stems marjoram
- 1 tsp pink peppercorns

Preparation steps
1.
Mix both of the balsamic with 2-3 tablespoons of water, a little salt, and a pinch of sugar. Mix until the salt and sugar have completely dissolved. Gradually incorporate the oil until emulsified.
2.
Remove the leaves from the herbs, and add with the pink peppercorns to the vinaigrette. Adjust the seasoning if necessary, and serve.
