Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, wrap in aluminum foil and until knife-tender, 30-40 minutes. Remove, the foil cut a slice off the potatoes and place on a plate on a bed of sea salt.

2.

Mix together the sour cream and chives, spoon onto the potatoes and top with caviar.
