2 plates Puff pastry dough (frozen)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 egg yolk
10 grams Gorgonzola

Preparation steps

Thaw puff pastry.

Rinse pears, peel, cut out cores, sprinkle with lemon juice and fill with gorgonzola.

On a floured work surface, roll out puff pastry into a rectangle. Cut off a strip of puff pastry for decorating and wrap pear in puff pastry. Brush pear with beaten egg yolk. Brush edges of pastry with egg and seal edges together. Decorate as desired with remaining pastry dough.

4.

Place pastry-wrapped pear on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated 170°C (approximately 350°F) oven until golden brown.
