- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 120 grams sugar
- 4 scoops Low-fat ice cream (or low-calorie ice)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Mix 2 egg whites and a pinch of salt on low speed until stiff and gradually sprinkle in sugar, while mixing.
3.
Cut muffins in half and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place a scoop of ice cream on each muffin half and coat muffin and ice cream entirely with a thick layer of meringue. Bake in preheated oven for about 8 minutes until golden brown and serve immediately.
