- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tsps paprika
- 1 ½ tsps Onion powder
- salt (to taste)
- peppers (to taste)
- Mayonnaise (to serve)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 400º F.

Place potato wedges in a large plastic storage bag. In a small bowl, combine oil, paprika, and onion powder. Pour oil mixture into the freezer bag and secure. Shake until potato wedges are thoroughly coated.

Place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.
4.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, turning once half way through the cooking process. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with mayonnaise if desired.
