Baked Fava Bean Square
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C | 400F | gas 6. Line a 17 inch x 12 inch jelly roll pan with baking parchment.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pastry into a 17 inch x 12 inch rectangle and line the pan with the pastry, raising the borders slightly..
Prick the base with a fork and chill for 10 minutes.
Brush with the beaten egg and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Remove and arrange the cheeses, broad beans and thyme on top. Spread evenly.
Return to the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes until the pastry is cooked and the cheese is golden. Serve immediately.
