- ⅞ cup Sour cream (at least 10% fat)
- 3 Tbsps chopped parsley

- ½ cup diced, cooked Bacon
- 4 eggs

1 Bowl, 1 Wok, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Can opener
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a 25 cm|10" pie tin.
2.
Roll out the pastry slightly bigger than the tin. Line the tin with the pastry. Cut out a few decorative shapes from the pastry trimmings. Brush the edge of the pastry with water and decorate with the cut-out shapes, pressing on lightly.
3.
Mix the soured cream with the parsley, seasonings and diced bacon and put into the pastry case. Carefully break the eggs on top.
4.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately.
