- 250 grams Smoked bacon (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the pumpkin into thick slices. heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon until crispy.
2.
Sauté the pumpkin in a second pan for 7 minutes. Remove from the pan, season with salt, and drain on paper towels. Wrap the bacon around the pumpkin and serve while hot.
