- ½ cup sunflower oil
- ¼ cup unrefined, dark brown sugar (raw)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup black Molasses (molasses)
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp ground ginger
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- ⅜ cup boiling water
- To decorate
- 6 Tbsps plain Greek yogurt

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease and flour 5-6 mini Bundt tins.
2.
Beat together the oil, sugar and egg until blended. Beat in the treacle until smooth.
3.
Sift in the flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt and beat until combined. Beat in the water.

Pour into the tins and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a skewer or cocktail stick inserted into a cake comes out clean. Cool in the tin on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then place the cakes on a wire rack to cool completely.
5.
Drizzle the cakes with the yoghurt just before serving.
