- 100 grams dried Apricot
- 100 grams dried Figs
- 2 Tbsps raisins
- 4 Chicken breasts (about 15 grams)
- 2 yellow onion
- 400 grams fresh ripe Apricot
- 2 Tbsps Ghee
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp ground cilantro
- 2 Tbsps Almond slivers
- 400 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- cayenne pepper
- cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Soak dried fruit in a bowl of hot water, about 1 hour. Drain and cut fruit into strips (leave raisins whole). Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry, and chop. Peel and chop onions. Rinse apricots, remove pits and thinly slice. In a pot, brown chicken briefly in 1 tablespoon ghee. Remove from pot.

Add remaining ghee to pan and sauté onions with curry and coriander. Add almonds, apricots slices, and chicken to pan. Deglaze with broth. Add dried fruit and season with salt. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes. Season with salt, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper to taste. Serve garnished with cilantro.
