- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 5 Tbsps sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 2 Tbsps butter
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- plum preserve (for garnish)

Preparation steps

In a large mixing bowl beat together eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar. Gradually whisk in flour until blended and the batter is smooth.

In a large non-stick skillet melt butter over medium heat. Pour batter into skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the pancake is set on the bottom and golden brown. Flip pancake. Start to break pancake into pieces using spatula. Once the pancake is torn into bite-sized pieces cook an additional few minutes until both sides are golden brown. Dust with confectioners sugar and serve immediately with prepared plum preserves.
