1 Banana
1 tsp lemon juice
4 Tbsps cream cheese
1 red and yellow Tomato

Preparation steps

1.

Cut buns in half crosswise and spread two with peanut butter and spread two with cream cheese. Peel banana and cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

2.

Rinse tomatoes, wipe dry and cut out stems and cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper.
